CHLA Member Only Area; User Names and Passwords
Some areas of the Site are available only to current members of the California Hotel & Lodging Association (“CHLA Members Only Area”). Unless you are current member in good standing of the CHLA, you are not authorized to view the CHLA Members Only areas. Unauthorized access or entry is prohibited and subject to prosecution under the laws of the United States and its various states and possessions. All activities and access attempts related to the CHLA Member Only area are logged. Each individual member of the CHLA is assigned a user name and password for that member’s sole use in accessing the CHLA Members Only area of the Site. If you are a CHLA member, you agree not to allow others to access the CHLA Members Only area of the Site using your user name and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. Governing Law
